Research & Development published and non-published: We apply ourselves diligently to warranty claims from our work and that of other contractors. We analyze the techniques and corrective measures and re-establish our basic construction procedures. We study outside effects beyond our control like snow & ice dams. We also watch closely the materials being used and the longevity of products such as vents, shingles and accessories.

Published a study through RIT called "Roofing Error Analysis". It demonstrates the differences between roofing companies and their applications.

Ice & Water back ups & resolutions, we are currently upgrading and implementing practices to prevent this defect.
